We are seeking qualified staff (see below) for the Spay/Neuter Veterinary Clinic of the Sandhills. Located about one hour south of Raleigh, NC, in the Sandhills Region of North Carolina, we are privileged to have one of the best equine communities in the South as our backyard. On the other side of the street is Pinehurst, with its world-renowned golf facilities. Living in the Sandhills Region provides you with easy access to the Outer Banks as well as the NC mountains, both within a few hours drive. We plan to open November 2007.
Veterinary Technician. Primary responsibilities are pre–anesthetic, surgical and post–anesthetic monitoring of patient care. Secondary responsibilities include medical record keeping, admission/discharge procedures, preparation of surgical equipment and client education. Salary is competitive and benefit package includes health care. CVT accreditation preferred.
